You have changed your mind and wish to request a return or you are not satisfied with any product that you -have purchased.

• The item returned must be the same condition as the one we send it to you.
• Returned item must be sent back in 3 working days..
We'll refund you as soon as we received returned item. (We aim to deal with all returns within 48 hours once they have been received)
• We are not responsible for any item lost or damage during the return.
• Return postage is paid by buyer.
• 10% restocking fee may apply.

Your product was damaged during transit.

• Provide details of the defect or damage on delivery.
• Provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable;
• Your ebay user id and any other proof of purchase and any other details we may need to process your claim.
• Postage costs incurred by us.

Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you don’t, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

If returning an item you must print off the following returns slip and fill in the details, otherwise our returns team won’t be able to process the return.
